InstaPilot Pro ("Company") regards the personal information of users of the InstaPilot Pro Service (“Service”) at https://www.igpilotpro.com with utmost importance. We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, the storage period, third-party sharing, outsourcing, security measures, methods for access, correction, deletion, and other matters.

Required: Email address, password, service usage records (log data, IP addresses), and payment information (for paid services)
Optional: Profile picture, nickname, and any other information voluntarily provided by the Member

Direct input by Members during registration and use of the Service

2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

Member Management: Verification of membership, prevention of unauthorized use, managing user identity
Service Provision: Delivering Instagram account management features, providing customized services, and responding to inquiries
Payment Processing: Handling payments and refunds for paid services
Marketing and Promotion: Notifying Members of events and analyzing statistics to improve services (with Member consent)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company retains and uses personal information during the service usage period. Upon Member request for withdrawal, the Company will promptly delete the information.
However, if retention is required by applicable laws (e.g., Electronic Commerce Act, Tax Laws), the Company will retain such information for the legally mandated period and then permanently destroy it.

4. Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without prior consent or unless permitted by law.
The Company may outsource certain tasks (e.g., service maintenance) to external specialists. In such cases, we will notify Members of the entrusted party, the scope and duration of the entrusted tasks, and manage and supervise the entrusted party in accordance with relevant laws.

The Company takes technical, managerial, and physical measures to protect personal information.
We use SSL encryption, access controls, anti-virus software, and other security measures to prevent data breaches

6. Access, Correction, Deletion, and Suspension of Personal Information

Members may access and correct their personal information at any time through their account settings.
Members may request deletion of their personal information by terminating their membership, and the Company will promptly process such requests.
Unless required by law, the Company will comply with requests to suspend processing of personal information.

7. Personal Information of Minors

The Service does not knowingly allow membership registration for individuals under the age of 14 without parental (legal guardian) consent. If it is discovered that a minor has registered without such consent, the Company will promptly delete their information.

8. Use of Cookies

The Company may use cookies to enhance user convenience. Members can refuse or delete cookies through their browser settings, although this may limit certain features of the Service.

11. Governing Law and Language

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.

12. Notice of Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Company may modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws, policies, or internal standards. In the event of changes, we will notify Members at least seven (7) days in advance via a notice within the Service or by email.
