Terms of Service
This Terms of Service is effective as of May 1, 2025.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between InstaPilot Pro (the "Company") and users (the "Members") of the InstaPilot Pro service (the “Service”) provided by the Company through its website at https://www.igpilotpro.com ("InstaPilot Pro").
Article 2 (Definitions)
“Service” refers to all features, tools, and related services provided by the Company through the InstaPilot Pro website.
“Member” refers to a user who accesses the Service and agrees to these Terms to utilize the Service and its related content.
“Account” refers to a set of login credentials, including email and password, established by a Member to access specific functionalities of the Service.
Article 3 (Publication, Effect, and Modification of the Terms)
The Company shall make these Terms available to Members in a manner that is easily accessible, such as through a direct link on the Service’s homepage.
The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of modifications, the Company will notify Members of the revised Terms at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date through notices within the Service or via email.
If a Member does not agree to the modified Terms, the Member may cease using the Service and terminate the membership. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Article 4 (Governing Provisions)
Any matters not provided for in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws, the Company’s operating policies, notices posted by the Company, and generally accepted practices.
Article 5 (Membership Registration and Formation of the Agreement)
Membership registration is completed when a prospective member submits the required information through the Service’s registration form and agrees to these Terms.
The Company may request additional documents to verify Member information if deemed necessary.
The Company may refuse or later revoke its acceptance of a membership application if:
The applicant uses another person's identity.
The applicant provides false information.
The applicant intends to disrupt the normal operation and order of the Service.
Other cases in which the Company reasonably determines acceptance is not feasible.
Article 6 (Changes to Member Information)
Members may review and edit their personal information at any time through the account settings.
Members shall not use false or stolen information during registration or at any time thereafter.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and any consequences of unauthorized use.
Article 7 (Use of the Service)
The Company provides various functionalities such as Instagram account management, follow/unfollow, likes, comments, direct messaging (DM), analytics, scheduling, and other ancillary features.
The Service may change or be partially/fully discontinued due to changes in Instagram or other platforms’ policies, API restrictions, third-party copyright issues, or other unavoidable circumstances. The Company will notify Members in advance if possible. If not, the Service may be changed or suspended without prior notice.
The Service is a tool to assist with Instagram and other social media account operations. Members must familiarize themselves with and comply with each platform’s policies. The Company is not responsible for any penalties, restrictions, or losses incurred due to platform policy violations.
Article 8 (Service Restrictions and Termination)
If a Member violates these Terms or applicable laws, the Company may restrict the Member's use of the Service or terminate the membership without prior notice.
A Member may terminate their membership at any time by using the membership cancellation function.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, platform API changes, or communication outages.
The Company shall not be held responsible for account suspensions, decreases in followers, content removals, or any damages or claims from third parties arising from or related to the use of the Service.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any information obtained through the Service.
The Company is not liable for any legal disputes, damages, or sanctions resulting from a Member’s infringement of third-party rights, violation of these Terms, or breach of law.
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All trademarks, logos, service marks, designs, images, software, and other intellectual property displayed in the Service are owned by the Company or its rightful licensors. Members shall not use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or engage in unauthorized use of any such materials without prior written permission.
Members shall only use accessible content for purposes and in manners approved by the Company.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first endeavor to settle the matter through mutual consultation. If such consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United State.
